We spend so much of our lives painting inside someone else's lines; at work, at home, in how we're "supposed" to show up. Rooted flips that. Over 1.5 hours, I'll guide you through a series of intuitive painting exercises. We'll start with grounding and reflection, move into free-flow expression exercises, and build toward a final piece that reflects something true about you in this moment. Every step is structured so you're never staring at a blank canvas wondering what to do; but every stroke is entirely yours. Materials, guidance, and a judgment-free space are all included. Whether you've never picked up a brush or used to paint as a kid and stopped, this is your permission slip to start again.
